Step 4: Geography

This guide assumes you have chosen Census-Sub-Division at Step 1. Instructions for Census-Divisions and Economic Regions are covered in the Supplementary Guide at the end of this guide.

Once in Step 4, you see an alphabetical pick-list of Ontario CSDs. To select a community, scroll down to the name of the community and click. In this example, Wellington North is highlighted in the pick-list and also appears under the heading "Geography".

The map is now "zoomed-to" the selected community… Wellington North in this image.

To proceed to Step 5, select a geographic area, then click on STEP 5 or the Next button.

If you try to proceed to Step 5 without selecting a geographic area, an error message will appear, and you will be asked to select again.
